Accepted File Formats

Acceptable file types are PSD, PDF, TIFF, EPS, AI, JPEG. High quality files print best. 99 DPI designed at scale; 300 DPI is best. Print resolution will only be as good as the file provided. Design should be sized or scalable to the size of banner you're purchasing. Keep important text and images 1 inch from the top and 3 inches from the bottom.

Available black or silver aluminum stand. Material is 10mil thick with a gray block out backing.

2-4 days (can be greater during heavy production times).

Shipping

We ship via USPS anywhere within the United States. Shipping is free if your order totals $85 or above. For orders less than $85, a delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Best efforts are made to deliver your order within 5-7 business days (continental US).

Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
