Accepted File Formats

We accept AI, PSD, PDF, TIFF, EPS, PNG, JPG files. High-resolution images yield the best print quality. Designs should be to scale or scalable to the size purchased, with a minimum of 150 DPI at scale and 300 DPI for optimal resolution. Print quality is contingent on the quality of the submitted file.

Materials

Standard Vinyl: Rated for 5 years, 3 Mil thickness, permanent adhesive, gray backing with air release for easy bubble free install. Suitable for window graphics, medium-term outdoor signage, long-term indoor signs, permanent wall graphics, and partial vehicle graphics. Not intended for full vehicle or trailers with rivets.

Lamination: Standard vinyl is laminated with a 5-year rated laminate available in gloss or luster finish.

Processing Time

2-4 days (can be greater during heavy production times).
A proof will be sent to you before printing.

Shipping

We ship via USPS anywhere within the United States. Shipping is free if your order totals $85 or above. For orders less than $85, a delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Best efforts are made to deliver your order within 5-7 business days (continental US).

Expedited shipping (typically 2-3 business days) available.

Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
