Accepted File Formats

Acceptable file types are PSD, PDF, TIFF, EPS, AI, JPEG. High quality files print best. 99 DPI designed at scale; 300 DPI is best. Print resolution will only be as good as the file provided. Design should be sized or scalable to the size of banner you're purchasing.

2-4 days (can be greater during heavy production times).
A proof will be sent to you before printing.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship via USPS anywhere within the United States. Shipping is free if your order totals $85 or above. For orders less than $85, a delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Best efforts are made to deliver your order within 5-7 business days (continental US).

Expedited shipping (typically 2-3 business days) available.

Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
